Water in the Walls
Every water loss is individually unique. From the way the water enters the property, to the way it has to be dried and cleaned, to the different materials in each building, almost no two jobs are alike.
Drying methods may differ from wall to wall inside the same building experience the same loss.
For example, exterious walls more often than not, contain insulation. Once moisture has reached the wall insulation, the best way to ensure that wall dries out is to remove a portion of the drywall and insulation.
That is what is depicted in this picture here. One of our commercial clients experienced a water loss, and SERVPRO of Lakeland was there within the hour to begin the clean up process.
