SERVPRO of Lakeland was on the site within an hour of my call that I had water damage to my home due to a water line break. They kept me informed of each step they were taking and a time frame for completion. The job had more extensive damage than originally thought and SERVPRO of Lakeland took care of it. They referred me to others that could help also. I would have no qualms about recommending them to anyone who needed help.

We had a bad water leak with water pouring thru the downstairs ceiling. SERVPRO showed up, immediately took control, and mitigated a lot of damage.The manager came by at least 4 times to reassess the project and damage. He was very friendly, professional and knew his business. He gave great advice about the need and nature of repairs. Bottom line, DON'T CALL ANYONE ELSE! 

Unfortunately, I have had to use Lakelands SERVPRO on a few occasions. Fortunately since I am the Risk Manager for a firm, we have developed a long standing relationship with the SERVPRO team. I highly recommend using their service. They are extremely prompt in response and very detailed in making sure the customer is taken care of. Their knowledge and even their equipment is top notch. I would use them in any personal issue I may ever face.

Jessie, Jake and Zach did an outstanding job. Jessie was there an hour after our call. Jessie set up the fans and dehumidifiers, explained everything he was doing. Came everyday for five days checking on the results of the water damage and added fans when necessary. We were extremely impressed and satisfied by the professionalism of the guys that were involved. Originally we had hired PaulDavis but they wanted to charge us too much money so we ended up finding SERVPRO of Lakeland and could not be happier. Not only did they charge half the price but they were much more professional and helpful throughout the experience. SERVPRO Professionals are available 24 hours/7 days a week and will respond quickly to restoration emergency. I found that to be TRUE unlike other companies that claim to be available 24/7. I came home after being away overnight to find my house flooded, needless to say I needed someone as soon as possible. The fast action of SERVPRO eliminated the possibility of mold setting in. They were very knowledgeable and well mannered guys who I could tell were experts in what they were doing.

I recently had water in my home from a pipe leak. I called the team at SERVPRO of Lakeland, after a recommendation from another friend in Bartow, who had used them for carpet cleaning.
